Our scholarships help women up-skill and gain access to new pathways that can break down barriers that hold them back. Funds will go towards:

Education Scholarships: Funds school fees, book fees, certifications, etc.

Exploration Scholarship: Funds experiences that invests in girlz and help them get out of their comfort zones! Whether it's providing initial funding to start their first side hustle, going on their first solo trip, or signing up for their first sewing or dance class. Our community of girlz have passionate dreams and we want to invest in them.
Where Your Money Goes
We launched our first storytelling program in 2019 to elevate the voices of women and girlz from around the world on various topics impacting women worldwide (check out our blog!). Now we're aiming to take this program to the next level by fundraising to develop their storytelling skills through workshops and monthly programming. Fund will cover workshop speaker fees, writing coaches, and stipends for storytellers.

We've hosted two annual Girlz Run the World (Girlz,RTW) conferences to support high school and college girlz exploring new career paths. Our efforts to fundraise will bring the Girlz,RTW conferences to 2 new countries in 2022. Our Girlz,RTW conferences are curated in partnership with The World With MNR, a global non-profit founded by twin activists, journalists, and filmmakers Maryam and Nivaal.
Girlz For The World (GirlzFTW) is a registered 501(c)(3) charity in the United States. Your online donation made here will benefit the work of Girlz For the World's 501(c)(3) charity and is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. You will receive an email donation receipt and acknowledgment letter as your official record for tax purposes and regular updates on how your gift helps girls around the world.
