CONTENT CREATOR (SOCIAL MEDIA)

 

The Girlz,FTW Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging and thoughtful social media content that reflects our mission and strengthens our online presence. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in content creation who understands how to translate women’s empowerment and personal growth topics into compelling Instagram content.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media content including posts, carousels, reels, and captions

  • Translating feminist and personal growth themes into engaging and shareable content

  • Collaborating with the marketing team on content direction and monthly priorities

  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice that is empowering, thoughtful, and community-centered

  • Contributing ideas to grow audience engagement and strengthen our digital presence

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation (personal brand, organization, freelance, etc.)

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva or similar tools)

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines

COMMUNITY MANAGER

The Girlz,FTW Community Manager plays a central role in cultivating an engaged, supportive, and dynamic community within our mentorship program. This role is responsible for creating an online environment where women feel seen, heard, and connected. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and emotional intelligence who can move conversations beyond the surface and help foster deeper dialogue, trust, and meaningful relationships within the community. The Community Manager will also help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the program by managing communication, gathering feedback, and supporting participant engagement throughout the mentorship experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate the WhatsApp community group for participants in the mentorship program

  • Spark thoughtful conversations that encourage reflection, vulnerability, and authentic connection

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with participants to ensure they feel supported throughout the program

  • Gather insights and feedback from community conversations and relay them to the team to help improve and shape the program

  • Support program operations by sending reminders, coordinating communications, and assisting with workshop logistics

  • Maintain an active and welcoming community presence to ensure consistent engagement and participation

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster trust within a community space

  • Self-starter who can take initiative while collaborating effectively with a team

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple communications and tasks

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges quickly and thoughtfully
