COMMUNITY LEAD
The Girlz, FTW Community Lead is responsible for engaging girlz in the Unlearning Accelerator and executing programming that helps us build a strong and connected community. We are looking for someone who has a track record of working on women's issues and has the ability to bring groups of people together in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:

Attending virtual workshops and helping engage girlz in the workshops

Managing an leading a Whatsapp group to keep community conversations going

Identifying challenges the community is facing and surfacing them to ensure programming is tailored to solve for those challenges

Tracking community engagement metrics
Qualifications:
-
Experience in community building, especially experience building virtual community
-
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
Team player who can work independently and take initiative
-
Adept problem-solver with proven ability to swiftly address and resolve challenges in a timely manner
